Nadine was chosen for this honor because of her clients’ feedback. Anywhere Nadine goes she is always requested back because she is so caring and compassionate. She is very personable and wears her passion for care on her sleeve. She exhibits all of the HomeChoice values, but Nadine is especially caring & compassionate. She always takes the time to engage and talk with her clients, making sure they know she is interested in getting to know them, who they were, are, and what they enjoy doing. Nadine takes special time to build a strong connection with one of her clients and his cat, paying extra attention to his furry family member while they talk.

Nadine has been with HomeChoice Home Care Solutions for over a year and a CNA for over 7 years. When asked why she became a caregiver Nadine said, “I entered the caregiving field because my passion is attending to peoples’ needs as I love putting people first while I am giving care!”. She loves working for HomeChoice Home Care Solutions because she said, “I enjoy the fact that the company upholds high standards when dealing with caregivers”.
Nadine has a true passion for her clients. She loves to talk with her clients and to show a genuine interest in them. It is very important to Nadine to make sure her clients feel loved, heard and truly seen. Nadine is married to a US veteran and the mother of two young adults.
