Brian Perruccio, Owner & General Manager
A native of Portland, CT, Brian has lived in the Triangle since 1995. Brian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1992 and then received his Masters of Sports Administration from St. Thomas University (Miami, FL) in 1994. He began his professional career at the University of North Carolina where he worked in the Athletic Department. His experiences in marketing, sales, customer service and brand management led him to home care business ownership in 2010. Brian is compassionate about providing the best care possible to his clients while also providing their family members the reassurance that their loved ones are in great hands.
He is an avid mountain biker, golfer and a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the University of Connecticut Huskies. Brian resides in Apex, NC with his wife, Jennifer and their two children.
Jennifer Perruccio, Owner & Community Relations Director
Jennifer, Community Relations Director, has been an integral part of serving HomeChoice Home Care Solutions’ clients. She grew up in Cary and graduated from NC State with an undergraduate and Master’s degree. Helping others and owning a business are two dreams come true through HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. Jennifer enjoys making personal connections with our clients, their families and our employees.
Brian and Jennifer have been married for over 20 years. They live in Apex and have two children. They are active in their church, St. Mary Magdalene, in Apex. They are Red Sox fans, enjoy taking road trips to National Parks, being outside and spending time with their children.
Brian and Jennifer have been known to help pack clients’ cars for beach trips, give caregivers rides during snowy weather and to drop off a home cooked meal at a client’s home. HomeChoice Home Care Solutions is not a “job” or a part-time venture; caring for people and helping them stay in their homes is a passion that Brian and Jennifer live every day.
Sharon, RN Supervisor
As RN Supervisor, Sharon is responsible for the supervision and medical training of our caregiver staff. She is also charged with overseeing the medical aspect of our clients’ care.
Sharon dreamed of being a nurse from the time she was a little girl as she worked alongside her father who was a missionary doctor. She graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 1985 and has never had a job she didn’t enjoy as her passion is caring for others and nursing has been a perfect fit for her. When she started caring for seniors in their homes in 2004, she had found her niche.
While she loves being a nurse, faith and family are her bedrocks. When she isn’t working, she enjoys being with family and friends, especially outdoors.
Maggie, Branch Manager
As Branch Manager, Maggie is responsible for the overall operations of our agency.
Maggie was born abroad in Wiesbaden, Germany to a military family and relocated to North Carolina at age 4. She has worked in customer service-related industries for numerous years and enjoys truly connecting and communicating with clients. Previously she spent 5 years with a company and due to her communication, leadership, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving she was granted a role as a Dual Store Manager and received Store of the Month out of 93 US stores.
Maggie currently lives in Benson, NC with her three dogs – Scout, Kenna, and Ellie. She can often be found spending time with friends, exploring new places, enjoying seasonal sports, or trying her hand at Pinterest DIY projects.
Chelsea, Recruiter
As our recruiter, Chelsea is responsible for ensuring the agency is properly staffed with caring and qualified caregivers to meet the needs of our clients.
Chelsea was born in Iowa but has resided in NC for most of her life. She has previously worked in the automotive industry, primarily in collision repair, with her main goal being in the medical/ health field. She has received her CNA and Phlebotomy certification and most recently worked towards Medical Billing & Coding certification alongside a Nursing degree.
In her free time, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her 2 children. She also loves to spend time with her pets and the many animals at her favorite animal sanctuary. She is a big fan of documentaries and loves to cook.
Sarah, Client Care Coordinator
As our client care coordinator, Sarah manages inquiries and assists new clients as they join our family. Growing up in a small town in eastern NC, Sarah pursued her passion for helping others by earning both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in social work with a concentration in gerontology from East Carolina University.
After moving to Raleigh for her graduate program internship, Sarah obtained her clinical social work licensure and gained valuable experience in the psychiatric field. Her love for working with older adults naturally led her to a fulfilling career in home health over the last six years.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her beloved dog, Baya. She also has a knack for cooking and loves experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
Shannon, Scheduling Coordinator
Shannon has worked in medical scheduling and administration for the past two years. She strives to support and empower clients and caregivers in all she does.
She was born and raised in the Triangle area and spent the last 4 years living and working in NYC. She’s been happily married since 2020 and loves to cook, travel, and relax with her husband and 2 cats. She’s so excited to be back in Raleigh and to be a part of the HomeChoice Home Care team!
Allison, Scheduling Coordinator
Allison graduated in 2022 from East Carolina University with her Bachelors in Social Work. She is passionate about supporting our caregivers while they provide care that they are proud of and that our clients feel good about.
Allison was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC but recently moved to Raleigh. In her free time she enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her cat, Miss Thang. She is happy to be a part of the HomeChoice team and can’t wait to see what Raleigh has to offer.
Renee, Weekend Scheduling Coordinator
Renee joins HomeChoice with a background in medical scheduling and triage. As a weekend scheduling coordinator on the team, she looks forward to getting to know our clients and caregivers to provide everyone with a great experience!
Renee moved to North Carolina from New Jersey in June of 2020. She and her husband have two sons and love to entertain and travel- especially to Disney! In her spare time, Renee loves to cook and do various crafts.
