Zamzam J., our Caregiver of the Month for June 2024.
Zamzam was chosen for this honor because she exhibits all of the HomeChoice values, but Zamzam exhibits a “Can Do” attitude each and every day she is with her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure they are cared for with the utmost consideration and patience allowing them to remain as independent as possible.
Zamzam was chosen as Caregiver of the Month because of her unwavering commitment to providing excellent care. She was also chosen because her clients have all spoken so highly of her. She makes it a point to provide personalized care to each and every individual with respect and thoughtfulness to their families also.
Zamzam has been with HomeChoice Home Care Solutions for a year. When asked why she became a caregiver Zamzam said, “I have had family members I was taking care of and I developed a passion working with seniors and the people who are in need of help.”
Zamzam loves working for HomeChoice Home Care Solutions because “HomeChoice Home Care Solutions is a good home care agency to work for and since I started working with them, I have been well matched with my clients.”.
Zamzam has a true passion for care. She enjoys visiting with them, taking walks, and cooking with her clients. She says, “I enjoy assisting elders and listening to their stories. They all have great stories and accomplished a lot during their lives.”
When she is not caring for others she enjoys reading books, swimming, and exploring nature.
She has two handsome boys, ages 12 and 8 years old. They love her work and her eldest also likes to work with seniors, Zamzam says, “he will have to wait for a while!”
