At HomeChoice Home Care Solutions, we pride ourselves on our core values: a “CAN DO” attitude, being solutions-oriented, caring & compassionate, doing the right thing, and fostering teamwork. This CNA Appreciation Week, we celebrated these principles, which are daily exemplified by our dedicated caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Our CNAs embody a “CAN DO” spirit, tackling challenges with positivity and determination. They are solutions-oriented, always finding innovative ways to enhance the quality of care. Their caring and compassionate nature is evident as they provide not just medical support but also emotional comfort to our clients. By always doing the right thing, they uphold our high standards of integrity and ethical behavior. Lastly, the teamwork displayed by our staff ensures a collaborative and supportive environment that benefits both clients and caregivers.
To show our appreciation, we gifted each team member a bag filled with tasty treats and an embroidered dri-fit shirt featuring our logo. Additionally, we hosted a week filled with exciting prizes to further celebrate our team’s hard work:
- Thursday, June 13th: Blake Stallings (Beats headphones) and Jackie Chavis (8 hrs PTO).
- Friday, June 14th: Robert Oburu ($250) and Tremaine Saunders (8 hrs PTO).
- Saturday, June 15th: Loraine Mouring (Chromebook) and KaMia Baker (8 hrs PTO).
- Sunday, June 16th: Cynthia Allen ($500) and Sonita Cole (12 hrs PTO).
- Monday, June 17th: Doritha Thorpe (TV) and Amarachi Okebulu (16 hrs PTO).
- Tuesday, June 18th: Veron Percy-Jarrett ($500) and LaShanda Dixon (16 hrs PTO).
- Wednesday, June 19th: Jane Dixon ($1,000) and Tramella Hinton (24 hrs PTO).
